Jim Harbaugh is renowned for his ability to motivate players, and his latest move as the new head coach of the San Diego Chargers proves just that.
Reported by Dan Wolkenstein of the LA Football Network, Harbaugh has implemented a unique change in the Chargers’ locker room.
He organized the lockers in numerical order, but what’s truly intriguing is that each player’s nameplate now displays their recruiting level out of high school.

After spending nine successful seasons coaching at the collegiate level, Harbaugh returns to the NFL. During his previous NFL tenure, he boasted an impressive record of 44-19-1 over four seasons with the San Francisco 49ers from 2011 to 2014.
With Harbaugh at the helm, the expectation is that he will revitalize the Chargers. His track record speaks volumes: taking over struggling teams and swiftly turning them into winners. From transforming the University of San Diego to a double-digit win team in just a few seasons to elevating Stanford from a 1-11 record to a 12-1 season, Harbaugh has consistently delivered results.
Even at Michigan, where it took time to build momentum, he rapidly turned around a struggling team, achieving ten-win seasons in six out of eight full seasons.
