There is currently uncertainty surrounding Dalvin Cook’s future as a free agent.
Jets coach Robert Saleh recently had a positive meeting with Cook but cannot confirm whether he will be joining the team.
Reports suggest that the Jets are becoming frustrated with Cook and are considering withdrawing their initial contract offer.
“What is he waiting for? We gave a very fair offer but he’s still hanging out in Miami and flirting with the Dolphins. I 100% believe we are being used.”

Saleh declined to provide further details on Cook’s status.
Despite this, Saleh expressed his admiration for Cook as a player and stated that the visit went well.
Cook is still weighing his options and making decisions for himself and his family.
The main question remains which team will sign Cook and how much they are willing to pay him, as teams have been clear about not overpaying for running backs.
Despite a slight downturn in his performance last season, Cook is still highly regarded as one of the top running backs in the NFL. Last season, he rushed for 1,173 yards and eight touchdowns while also contributing in the passing game.
