Country music star Jelly Roll made a special visit to his hometown team, the Tennessee Titans, on Wednesday, surprising the players during a team meeting. The unexpected appearance brought a wave of excitement to the room as the Titans cheered him on upon his arrival.
Jelly Roll, a lifelong Titans fan, was just as thrilled to be there, and he took the opportunity to perform an inspiring rendition of his hit song, “Save Me.” Despite admitting to some nerves, the experience left a profound impact on him.
“Man, I’ve had so many highlights today as a Titans fan,” Jelly Roll shared in a video posted on the Titans’ social media channels. “This day has been so cool.”
Growing up in Antioch, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville, Jelly Roll’s connection to the Titans runs deep. During his time in the Juvenile Justice System, he would often catch glimpses of the Titans playing on the jumbotron inside Nissan Stadium, which was just across the street. Being able to visit the team and perform for them was a full-circle moment for the country star, fulfilling a long-held dream.
The Titans players were equally appreciative of Jelly Roll’s visit. Star quarterback Will Levis, wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, and defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons all took time to personally greet and hug the singer, showing their gratitude for his support.

For Jelly Roll, the experience was more than just a fan moment—it was a chance to connect with the team he’s cheered for all his life. And he made it clear that this won’t be the last time he spends time with the Titans.
After a challenging season last year, where the team finished with a 6-11 record, Jelly Roll is optimistic about what’s ahead.
“The more I get to hang around these guys, the more I think we’re finna have one of the best seasons we’ve had in a decade coming up right here,” Jelly Roll said with enthusiasm. “If there was ever a time to tune in to being a Tennessee Titans fan—if you are on the fence or you were a fan and got disconnected—I’d tune in.”
Jelly Roll’s visit wasn’t just a highlight for him but also a morale boost for the Titans as they prepare for the upcoming season.
With the mutual love and respect between the artist and the team, it’s clear that both are ready to take on whatever challenges lie ahead with renewed energy and optimism.
