The Kelce brothers, Jason and Travis, playfully teased Simone Biles’ husband during their latest episode of the “New Heights” podcast.
The banter began when Jason listed candidates for the People’s Choice Awards’ Athlete of the Year, and Travis found himself among sports giants. In a sarcastic tone, Jason questioned why Jonathan Owens, Biles’ boyfriend, wasn’t included.

“Look at the company the Big Yeti is in. Coco Gauff. LeBron James,” Jason said, while showing the list of top athletes competing for the award. When Jason saw Biles’ name, he joked, “How is Simone Biles on this … but her boyfriend isn’t?” via Us Weekly.
Travis let out a laugh, replying, “Owens?” He hinted that Owens’ play time as a safety for the Green Bay Packers might not have been enough to get him on the list. “He’s played some good ball over there, I guess,” Travis quipped.
Owens had made headlines earlier by admitting he didn’t know who Biles was when they matched on a dating app.
“I didn’t know who she was at the time. But like, the first thing that I saw was that she just had a bunch of followers,” Owens said. “In my mind, I was like she’s got to be good. When she won the Olympics I was in college and we didn’t have NBC. We didn’t have an Olympic channels and we’re in camp. So I’m not paying attention to you know, so I never would have had a moment to where I would have watched.”
Jason Kelce seemed to have caught wind of Owens’ comments about Biles.
