Kylie Kelce had some playful advice for her husband, Jason Kelce, as he prepared for his second appearance on ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown. The former Eagles All-Pro, who is transitioning into a post-football career in broadcasting, made quite the splash during his debut last week—albeit for an unexpected reason. Jason forgot his travel bag en route to San Francisco and ended up wearing a way-too-tight shirt on air, which quickly went viral.
As Jason continues to adjust to his new role on television, Kylie couldn’t be more excited to support him. However, she couldn’t resist offering a cheeky piece of advice for his next appearance.
“Training camp looked a little different this year,” Kylie posted on Instagram, reflecting on how things have changed with Jason’s career shift. “Watching you at the Linc on Monday is going to be a little different too. Just know that the girls and I are loving cheering you on in this new chapter! … Maybe try not to say ‘tits’ this week?”
Kylie’s humorous advice referred to a comment Jason made during his first Monday Night Countdown appearance when he joked about his snug lululemon button-up shirt. “It fits my belly now that I’ve lost a little bit of weight, but my tits are still struggling,” the Super Bowl champion quipped, much to the amusement of viewers.

Jason’s candid and funny on-air personality caught the attention of not just fans, but also his brother, Travis Kelce, who had a good laugh about the moment.
“Me and Taylor were watching it, absolutely dying laughing at that. It was the perfect thing to open everybody up to what they’re going to experience the next 18 weeks,” Travis shared on the duo’s New Heights podcast, referring to Jason’s upcoming broadcasting stint.
Despite the lighthearted ribbing from his family, Jason admitted to feeling nervous before his first broadcast. “I felt very nervous—I didn’t know what to expect,” Jason revealed on the New Heights episode. “And then you realize that you were prepared, that ESPN did a great job of setting everything up, and you’re on set, thankfully for me, with three other guys that have done it a bunch.”
He continued, “I think whenever you’re doing something for the first time and you don’t know what to expect, that’s natural. It was a lot of fun. I think being up there with guys that have done it before and are so good at it, you feel more comfortable.”
As Jason gears up for his next appearance, Kylie’s playful advice is sure to stick with him.
He will be back on the air to cover his former team’s Week 2 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons, with his signature charm and humor likely to win over even more fans.
