Two months after announcing his retirement, former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce continues to be a familiar presence at the team’s facility.
In a recent interview on the NFL Network’s “Total Access,” kicker Jake Elliott, 29, shared that both Kelille and fellow retiree Fletcher Cox have been regular visitors, offering support to their former teammates. “You still see hints of them around the locker room,” Elliott said. “They’ve left a lasting impact, and though they’re retired, they’re never really far from the organization.”
Elliott also acknowledged the irreplaceable nature of both Kelce and Cox, expressing a sense of loss at their departure. He discussed how they’ve left behind a legacy of wisdom and leadership for others to follow.
When questioned about the possibility of Kelce reversing his retirement decision, Elliott deferred, suggesting direct questions for Kelce himself.

Kelce retired after 13 seasons with the Eagles during an emotional press conference on March 4. He revealed on his podcast, “New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce,” that he still frequents the Eagles’ training facility for workouts.
Besides continuing his podcast with his brother Travis Kelce, Jason has also joined ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” broadcasts, according to a source confirmed by PEOPLE magazine in April.
Additionally, Kelce remains active in philanthropy, as evidenced by his participation in the Vincera Children’s Classic golf tournament earlier this week. The event, held at the Philadelphia Country Club in Gladwyne, Pa., drew more than 150 golfers and supporters, including Kelce, celebrating the Vincera Foundation’s support of Team IMPACT’s work in Philadelphia and beyond.
