Jason Kelce expressed concerns about his brother Travis Kelce’s ability to maintain a normal life amidst the heightened public attention due to his relationship with Taylor Swift.
Speaking on Andrew Santino’s “Whiskey Ginger” podcast, the former Philadelphia Eagles center remarked that the level of celebrity Travis and Taylor experience has surpassed anything he and his wife, Kylie Kelce, have faced.
Jason highlighted the stark contrast between their lives, noting, “Kylie and I thought we had it tough, but after spending time with Travis and Taylor, we realize their situation is on a whole other level. You just can’t be a normal person anymore.”

This discussion follows an incident in May where Jason and Kylie were harassed by an intoxicated fan demanding a photo, which escalated to a public confrontation captured on video.
Despite the challenges of fame, Jason emphasized on the podcast that Travis remains unchanged by his celebrity status.
He praised his brother for staying true to himself, maintaining humility, and treating everyone with respect, a sentiment Travis echoed during a recent “Good Morning America” interview. Travis credited his grounded nature to the solid support from family and friends, saying, “Having good people around makes it easier to navigate this aspect of life.”
Travis Kelce’s relationship with Swift, which began in July and became public during a Chiefs game in September 2023, has catapulted his celebrity status to new heights.
Despite the increased scrutiny, Travis’ mother, Donna Kelce, expressed confidence in November 2023 that her son is well-equipped to handle the fame, noting, “As long as he can handle it, I don’t have any problems with it.”
