Jared Goff is experiencing victories both on and off the football field.
Christen Harper, Goff’s fiancée, displayed her excitement for the Lions’ triumph over the Packers on Thursday night, and she didn’t hesitate to share her enthusiasm on social media.
In fact, Harper’s energy was already at its peak even before the game commenced.
Ahead of the Lions vs. Packers kickoff, Harper posted a photo of Goff emerging from the tunnel on Instagram.
Her caption was succinct yet expressive, simply stating, “LFG.”
Despite facing an interception on the opening drive of the game, Goff exhibited resilience and guided Dan Campbell’s offense in a positive direction. He concluded Week 4 with 210 passing yards, a touchdown, and an interception.
During his postgame press conference, Goff highlighted the Lions’ capacity to secure victories, even in challenging and adversarial environments.
“Send us anywhere and we’ll be ready,” Goff said. “We have that confidence. Like I said, send us anywhere. Line us up against anyone, and we feel like we can go in there and beat them, and that’s a good feeling to have. Is it always gonna happen? I don’t know, but we feel like we can. We have that confidence in ourselves, in our coaches and each other. We’re working together really well right now.”
The Lions’ next challenge awaits as they prepare to face the Panthers.
