Wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase of the Cincinnati Bengals has taken legal action against a woman named Ambar Hunter for allegedly harassing him and his mother.
According to TMZ, Chase filed a lawsuit seeking a temporary restraining order against Hunter.
The dispute arose from a one-night stand between Chase and Hunter, with Hunter claiming they have a child together.
Court documents describe Hunter’s behavior as “unhinged and disturbing,” which began after Chase expressed his disinterest in pursuing a relationship beyond their initial encounter.

Since then, Hunter has reportedly engaged in calculated and ongoing harassment, trying to damage Chase’s reputation and sponsorships.
She has allegedly made false statements on social media about Chase being an absent father, using photos of someone else’s child to incite criticism from her followers.
Additionally, Hunter has claimed to be a victim of domestic abuse, although no law enforcement agency can verify her statements.
In a concerning incident, she ranted about Chase on social media as recently as July and even published his mother’s personal phone numbers on Instagram, resulting in multiple harassing calls and texts.
