Due to the judge contracting COVID-19, the preliminary hearing for Jackson Mahomes, the brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, has been delayed by approximately one month.
Jackson Mahomes faces charges of three felony counts of aggravated sexual battery and one misdemeanor count of battery, stemming from an incident in February 2023 at a restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas, that the accuser previously owned.
