JJ Watt is one large birthday boy.
Celebrating his 35th birthday, former NFL star J.J. Watt seemed to kick off the festivities a day early alongside his wife Kealia. Kealia took to her Instagram Story on Friday morning, sharing a snapshot of J.J. with the caption “Birthday Boy.”
From the image, it appears that Kealia and J.J. opted for a dinner outing on Thursday night to mark the occasion.

The couple’s journey together began in 2016, culminating in their marriage around Valentine’s Day in 2020. Their family expanded in October 2022 with the arrival of their first child, ushering in a period of adjustment and learning for the Watts.
Reflecting on their experiences, Kealia emphasized the importance of teamwork and communication in navigating the challenges of parenthood. “We’ve really figured out how to be a good team and to work together and work with each other,” she shared with People. “That affects your relationship, and you really have to communicate and find time for each other, because the first couple of months, it’s like that goes out the window because you have no time.”
Despite the initial adjustments, it appears that life is moving in a positive direction for the Watt family. Their ability to carve out time for a special dinner outing is a testament to their continued bond and commitment to each other.
