Great news in the NFL surrounding the Houston Texans today.
Texans defensive end Dylan Horton rang the gong which marked the completion of his treatment for Stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma which he was diagnosed with last season.

Horton, a Texas native and fourth-round draft pick out of TCU in 2023, was placed on the non-football illness list back in November.
Up to that point, he had recorded 13 tackles and one fumble recovery in his career as a rookie.
Back in March, Horton received the terrific news that his cancer was in remission.

Horton announced Monday that he had stage 4 Hodgkin lymphoma but is in remission.
Horton stepped away from the team during Week 12, citing a “personal matter” as the reason Nov. 22. On Monday, he said he learned of his cancer diagnosis Dec. 1.
He did not play again during the season. He said Monday that his health is trending in a positive direction and that he’s focused on getting fully healthy and eventually returning to play for the Texans.
“Through God’s grace, I’m blessed to say that I’m currently in remission,”
Horton said in a statement released by the Texans. “I am grateful for the love from my family and friends, and support from the Texans organization and my doctors. My next objective is to complete my treatments, then get back to playing the game that I love. Thank you for your prayers and support as I continue this journey.”
Hopefully, we will get to see Horton back on the field soon following this excellent news.
