Gisele Bündchen felt sidelined once more when Tom Brady appeared to prioritize football over family during his comedy roast, an issue that has long been a sore point in their relationship and contributed to their divorce in October 2022.
During the event, which streamed live on Netflix Sunday night and was hosted by Kevin Hart, Brady seemed to laugh off numerous jokes about their split.
However, tensions flared when Jeff Ross, the “Roastmaster General,” joked about the massage parlor scandal involving New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft. Ross quipped, “On the first day of training camp, that scrawny rookie famously walked into the owner Robert Kraft’s office and said, ‘I’m the best decision your organization has ever made,’?” followed by a suggestive, “?‘Would you like a massage?’?” This led Brady to confront Ross directly, telling him not to repeat that comment, marking a rare moment of seriousness in an otherwise jovial event.
Kraft had been one of 25 people charged with soliciting prostitution at a Florida spa in 2019, though the charges were later dropped.

The roast continued with jokes about Brady’s marriage and Bündchen’s relationship with her jiu-jitsu coach. Brady’s reaction to the jokes about Kraft, juxtaposed with his passive response to the digs at his own marital breakdown, struck Bündchen as evidence that he still places a higher value on his connections within the football world than on his personal life.
Gisele Bündchen says she’s been hurt all over again because Tom Brady “once again put football before his family” — this time during his comedy roast via Page Six.
As we reported at the time, Bündchen and Brady battled during their marriage because she felt that the former NFL quarterback failed to prioritize their home life over his gridiron career — a rift that eventually led to their divorce in October 2022.
We’re told that the wound was reopened when Brady’s roast, hosted by Kevin Hart, streamed live on Netflix Sunday night.
A source involved with the Netflix production indicated to Page Six that while the roast was meant to be in good humor, and the comedians had agreed to steer clear of mentioning the couple’s children, Brady was unaware of the specific jokes in advance.
