Davis was given an address at his sentencing hearing in early May where he would serve his home detention. However, Davis moved to a Four Seasons Hotel instead. He did so without permission.
“As a result, Judge Handy ordered the defendant to serve the remainder of his home detention sentence at the Baltimore City Detention Center,” the spokesperson told TMZ.
The 28-year-old was booked at Baltimore Central Booking Thursday afternoon.
Davis had reached a plea deal to keep him out of jail, and he was sentenced to 90 days of house arrest. Instead, Davis will now serve his full jail sentence.
