Details regarding allegations of assault and death threats against UFC star Jon Jones have been revealed, stemming from an incident at Jones’ residence in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
ABQRAW initially reported the alleged incident, which involved a Drug Free Sport International agent.
According to a police report obtained by The Daily Mail, Jones is accused of grabbing the agent’s phone and issuing threats, leading the agent to feel “terrified.”
Jones allegedly threatened to sue both the agent and her colleague.
These allegations represent a serious development in the ongoing legal and public scrutiny surrounding Jon Jones, a prominent figure in the UFC heavyweight division.
In addition to grabbing the agent’s phone, Jones, whom the tester suspected might have been intoxicated, allegedly proceeded to threaten them as they tried to collect a sample.

This situation escalated to the point where the agent feared Jones might physically harm her.
“Why you f****** people come so early,” Jones is accused of telling the agent, per the police report. “Do you know what happens to people who come to my house, they end up dead.”
According to the report, on March 30, 2024, both agents arrived at Jones’ residence around 4 pm. Upon arrival, an unidentified male answered the door and directed them to the garage.
The agent alleges that Jones initially cooperated when she presented her credentials and placed her testing materials and phone on a table.
Subsequently, she requested to conduct the urine test in the garage and left a colleague with Jones.
Following their initial interaction, the agent asserts that after a few minutes, she discovered that both Jones and her colleague were absent.
Upon their return, the agent’s colleague, who seemed nervous, informed her that Jones was unable to proceed with the urine test.
In response, the agent proposed a blood test as an alternative. However, Jones reportedly became agitated, displaying signs of tension and aggression.
The tester alleges that Jones proceeded to threaten both agents, expressing intent to sue them.
Additionally, Jones purportedly took the agent’s phone and recorded a video, during which he used profanities and then issued the threat quoted above.
The agent’s account, as detailed in the police report, describes her state as “terrified” and her heart as “pounding” during the confrontation with Jones.
Despite her fear and inclination to abandon the test, the agent felt compelled to proceed due to concerns about potential repercussions as UFC fighters can face fines for refusing tests.
Additionally, the agent reported to the police that she suspected Jones might have been intoxicated, citing the smell of alcohol on him.
Eventually, Jones relented and agreed to take the urine test, at which point he set down the agent’s phone.
Jones has denied the allegations but does admit to using foul language.
“Although I was frustrated with the unprofessionalism and used profanity out of frustration it ended friendly and amicably, nothing threatening at all,” he said.
“I was actually celebrating a friend’s birthday party at my home, and I believe it’s perfectly normal to celebrate in the comfort of my own home.”
“I must say, this particular tester behaved quite unprofessionally and even breached standard protocol along with HIPAA laws. Throughout my 20 years of being subjected to drug tests, I have never encountered such an incident with a DCO officer before.”
