Following the departure of Skip Bayless from FS1, the network has officially unveiled its new lineup, marking a significant shakeup in its programming. The changes are headlined by the moves of Paul Pierce and Keyshawn Johnson, who will transition from their roles on Undisputed to join Speak alongside Joy Taylor. This move, initially reported by Ryan Glasspiegel of the New York Post, represents a key shift in FS1’s strategy as it seeks to fill the void left by Bayless’s departure.
FS1’s revamped weekday schedule will kick off with a brand-new morning show, Breakfast Ball, airing from 8 to 10 a.m. ET. The show will feature a dynamic trio: former WFAN host Craig Carton, veteran NFL analyst Mark Schlereth, and former Chicago radio host Danny Parkins. Initially, there were discussions to include Michelle Beadle in the lineup, but according to Glasspiegel, both parties ultimately decided against moving forward at the last minute.
In the 10 a.m. to noon ET timeslot previously occupied by Undisputed, FS1 will introduce The Facility, a show that will bring together a lineup of former NFL players, including Emmanuel Acho, LeSean McCoy, Chase Daniel, and James Jones.
This new show aims to provide in-depth football analysis and discussion, capitalizing on the expertise of its former player hosts. Acho, McCoy, and Jones were previously part of the lineup on Speak, making their transition to this new program a strategic move by the network.
The Herd with Colin Cowherd and Jason McIntyre will maintain its current timeslot from noon to 3 p.m. ET, continuing to be a staple in FS1’s daily programming. Following The Herd, First Things First will remain in its 3 to 5 p.m. ET slot, with its established lineup of Nick Wright, Chris Broussard, and Kevin Wildes. This show will serve as the lead-in to Speak, which now features the newly added Pierce and Johnson.

Skip Bayless, who joined FS1 in 2016 and became a key figure alongside Shannon Sharpe on Undisputed, left a significant mark on the network. Their dynamic partnership became one of the most popular debate shows in sports television.
However, Sharpe’s departure to join ESPN in 2023 left a void on Undisputed. Pierce and Johnson stepped in to fill that gap, engaging in heated debates with Bayless before his tenure with FS1 came to an end this summer.
As FS1 moves forward with its new lineup, fans are eagerly watching to see how these changes will shape the network’s future.
Meanwhile, Skip Bayless has yet to announce his next move, leaving speculation about where the sports media icon will land next.
