Happy Father’s Day to everyone celebrating today!
It’s a particularly special day for Erin Andrews’ husband, former NHL player Jarret Stoll, as he marks his first Father’s Day. Erin and her Stanley Cup-winning husband welcomed their son, Mack, into the world last year through surrogacy, adding a new level of joy and celebration to this day.
On this poignant Sunday, Erin Andrews took to social media to share some heartfelt photos commemorating this milestone in their family’s life. “Happy 1st Father’s Day to Mack and Howie’s best friend. We love u @stolly28,” she lovingly captioned, celebrating both her husband and the bond he has already formed with their son.
Erin has been remarkably candid about the personal challenges and emotional journey she and Jarret faced on their path to parenthood.
The couple endured profound hardships, including the heartbreaking loss of twins via surrogacy. “We lost twins via surrogacy and that was really hard,” Andrews revealed in a candid reflection. “I really struggled mentally. I didn’t handle it very well… I kind of tried to push it aside and act like everything was OK.”

She also spoke about the complexities of transitioning from her professional life to motherhood, a shift from her dynamic career in sports broadcasting to more personal, nurturing roles. “I want the connection with him. I can’t wait for the chemistry. You know, I’m so far from being maternal in my life because I’m on a football field and I’m working with men,” she explained.
Amidst these reflections, Erin expressed a deep, heartfelt desire to bond with Mack, underscoring her commitment to making the most of every moment with her son. “I keep staring at him. I want to study everything about him. I want to make up for lost time,” she shared, revealing her dedication to embracing every aspect of motherhood.
As Erin and Jarret celebrate this special day, we join in hoping that it’s a wonderful first Father’s Day for the new dad, filled with love, joy, and cherished moments that will form the foundation of many more celebrations to come.
