During “The Roast Of Tom Brady,” which premiered on Netflix Sunday, there were numerous uproarious moments. One joke, in particular, elicited a hearty laugh from Bill Belichick.
Throughout the night, New England Patriots luminaries traded jests. Former Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman took his turn at the podium to poke fun at Belichick.
“You remember when you used to yell at us? ‘Look, a–holes. The f—ing kids down at f—ing Foxborough High could make that f—ing play,'” Edelman quipped, mimicking Belichick.
“I’ve been waiting for this for so long. Look, a–hole. Foxborough High is the only job offer you f—ing had. Do your job? More like need a job, coach.”
The joke prompted laughter from the audience and even had Belichick himself chuckling.

Belichick also dished out some jabs throughout the night.
Despite being the most prominent coach available, Belichick failed to secure an NFL head coaching position this offseason.
Patriots owner Robert Kraft, who was also in attendance at the roast, reportedly played a role in hindering Belichick’s chances of landing at least one coaching opportunity.
