A video of Floyd Mayweather discussing his residence at the location where 2Pac was shot in Las Vegas recently gained attention. Some believed that Mayweather claimed to have witnessed the incident, amidst the ongoing investigation surrounding 2Pac’s death.
However, Mayweather clarified the rumors through an Instagram post, stating that while he lived in the Meridian Apartments on Flamingo and Koval Ln in 1996, the same area where 2Pac was shot, he never claimed to have witnessed the shooting.
Mayweather explained that the accusations arose from him sharing the location with John Singleton, who was working on a documentary or movie about 2Pac.
As Singleton was a friend, Mayweather readily shared the information about Flamingo and Koval Ln with him.
Mayweather emphasized that his proximity to the shooting location was purely coincidental, and he did not witness 2Pac’s death.
Glad that’s cleared up.
