Derrick Henry is certainly a beast of a man.
It’s a fact – no other running back in the NFL has a physique quite like Derrick Henry’s.
Standing at 6-foot-3 and weighing 247 pounds, he really doesn’t need to get any bigger or stronger.
However, that hasn’t stopped him from pushing himself to improve further. Even with his weight likely hovering around 260 pounds, it’s likely all muscle, as evidenced by a recent workout video he shared where he appeared even more massive.

Dayyyyum. And some say he is old. Lmao. We had a defensive Freak before. We obviously have an offensive Freak now in Henry. ?

One thing I’ve noticed every off-season is Derrick Henry is the only titans player to put in this kind of work.

If the terminator was a real person, it would be @KingHenry_2 https://t.co/wPkjkd8U8U

Over the past few years, Henry has put up some staggering stats – last year alone, he racked up close to 2,000 scrimmage yards and 13 touchdowns, despite playing alongside a weak offensive line and three different quarterbacks. In the 2022 season,
Henry played in 16 out of 17 games and rushed for 1538 yards and 13 touchdowns, according to Pro Football Reference, falling just short of a third NFL rushing title.
Even so, he had the most carries in the league, at 349. Based on his hard work and recent video, opponents should be very apprehensive about facing him.
