Sofia Gabay, a model and cinema graduate from USC, couldn’t contain her excitement after London’s clutch play silenced the raucous Philadelphia crowd. “You hear how silent he made the Eagles stadium?????” Gabay wrote on her Instagram Story, posting a video of Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins connecting with London on a 7-yard touchdown pass in the corner of the end zone.

Gabay showed her support for the Falcons by wearing a custom white Atlanta Falcons t-shirt adorned with bedazzled letters, as seen in a video she posted earlier on Instagram. The couple, who have been dating since at least October 2023 according to her social media posts, share a close bond, and Gabay has been a vocal supporter of London’s career.
The touchdown capped off an impressive late-game drive for the Falcons and marked their first win of the 2024 season after a tough Week 1 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Despite being underdogs against the Eagles, Atlanta rallied from behind, thanks to London’s big moment and Cousins’ leadership on the final drive. Cousins, coming off a torn Achilles injury from the previous season, led the Falcons on a six-play, 70-yard march with no timeouts left, setting up the winning score.
However, London’s touchdown celebration nearly cost the Falcons the game. After catching the pass, the receiver mimicked firing a gun into the air while standing next to an official, earning him an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.
This penalty forced Koo to attempt the game-winning extra point from 48 yards out instead of the usual distance, adding unnecessary drama to the closing moments. Fortunately for the Falcons, Koo nailed the kick, securing the 27-26 win.
Kirk Cousins, who finished the game 20 of 29 for 241 yards and two touchdowns, emphasized the importance of finding ways to win in such close games. “It’s so important to find ways to win,” Cousins said after the game. “And that’s how you put together a great season — when you have these games that can go either way, you find a way to have it break your way.
