As the team readies for an upcoming clash against the Kansas City Chiefs, the seasoned running back discussed his experience playing under Belichick in a recent press conference.

Acknowledging Belichick’s coaching style, Elliott remarked, “I mean, he’s definitely a tough coach. But if you’re a tough player, then you like to be coached tough.” He emphasized the daily expectation for everyone in the organization to meet the highest standards, noting the coach’s consistent approach since his arrival, a quality he deeply respects.
Having played 13 games this season, Elliott has accumulated close to 500 rushing yards and scored 2 touchdowns on 134 carries. After spending seven years with the Dallas Cowboys, he joined the Patriots in the past offseason.
While Ezekiel’s career may be entering its later stages, he continues to demonstrate value as a solid option, particularly as a second-tier running back.
