Two Wembys are better than one.
During the NBA Draft night, Victor Wembanyama found himself sharing the spotlight with an unexpected guest – his own sister.
Eve, a 21-year-old French basketball player, captivated attention as she accompanied her towering 7-foot-4 brother to the glamorous event held in Brooklyn, New York.
In a momentous evening at Barclays Center, Wemby secured the prestigious No.1 overall pick by the San Antonio Spurs.
Nonetheless, it was Eve who dominated conversations among NBA fans on various social media platforms, earning herself the moniker of the “true No.1 pick.”
Born in December 2001, Eve stands tall at 6-foot-1 and boasts a remarkable career as a former EuroLeague Women’s sensation. Presently, she showcases her talents as a player for Monaco in the LF2 league, where she impressively recorded an average of 6.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per game last season.
Currently she’s playing in the FIBA 3 v 3 tournament for France.

In his second NBA Summer League game, Victor Wembanyama showed remarkable improvement, outshining his previous performance.
He impressively recorded a team-leading 27 points and secured 12 rebounds, all within a mere 27 minutes of play for the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday.
Achieving a double-double is certainly commendable, especially in the relaxed atmosphere of Las Vegas Summer League, where the intensity and caliber of competition pale in comparison to the challenges he will face in the upcoming NBA season starting in October.
Eve and Victor are a phenomenal 1-2 punch.
