ESPN college football and NFL reporter Laura Rutledge encountered a humorous wardrobe mishap during Saturday afternoon’s AFC North game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
As the NFL Live host braved the cold, snowy conditions in Baltimore while providing sideline reporting, Rutledge attempted to dress appropriately for the weather. However, a mistake occurred with her gloves order.
Rutledge unintentionally ordered men’s gloves, resulting in her hands appearing significantly larger on the sideline. She good-naturedly commented on the mishap, stating, “Attention to detail on my Amazon order would have been helpful here ??.”
Despite the wardrobe glitch, NFL fans found it amusing.
“I’m actually dying laughing,” commented one fan.
“Dying ???,” added another.
“Man Hands!!! Love the Seinfeld reference!!?,” chimed in a fan, referencing the popular sitcom.

In the end, the Pittsburgh Steelers emerged victorious with a 17-10 win over the Ravens, concluding the 2023 regular season with a 10-7 record. While the Steelers celebrated their triumph, Rutledge’s unintentionally oversized hands on the sideline became a memorable and lighthearted moment during the game.
Fortunately, this wardrobe mishap didn’t turn out to be overly embarrassing.
