At times, technology can become rather excessive.
ESPN recently made a peculiar choice concerning an older Damian Lillard video.
Lillard, now a member of the Milwaukee Bucks, had conducted an interview with the Portland Trail Blazers during the 2020 bubble season. Strangely, ESPN decided to publish the video with an edited Bucks jersey on him and an ESPN microphone in front of his face.
This decision didn’t sit well with fans.
“It’s quite surprising to see SportsCenter post a video of Dame’s interview with TNT from the bubble when he was with the Blazers, but they’ve edited it to feature a Bucks jersey and an ESPN microphone. It’s a bit concerning, to be honest,” one fan expressed on Twitter.

Another tweet questioned, “Why hasn’t this highly questionable post been removed yet?”
Only time will reveal if this unusual post will be taken down.
Regardless, Lillard’s beginning with the Bucks is already showing promise. In his first game on Thursday, he managed an impressive performance with 39 points, eight rebounds, and four assists.
There are moments when ESPN appears to go a bit overboard with its approach.
