ESPN doing Marcus Smart dirty?
Marcus Smart was traded to the Grizzlies in a three-team deal on Wednesday night.
However, ESPN faced criticism after they posted a photoshopped image of Smart with blue hair, which caused disgust among NBA fans.
Ngl if you know the reason to why Marcus Smart dyed his hair green this is absolutely disrespectful… media needs to do better https://t.co/rLRA9hCmxP

Smart, who had dyed his hair green in honor of his late mother, stated that his mom loved his hair in every style and hairdo from braids to growth to hair coloring.
He said that she always used to tell him to dye his hair green, but she passed away before he could do it.
Smart did it during the playoff run to fulfill his mom’s wish.
Fans have expressed their disappointment with ESPN for this act as they understand the true meaning behind Smart’s green hair. Grizzlies fans are hoping Smart will be a crucial player for the team, especially during Ja Morant’s suspension.
