Kimes, whose popularity continues to grow, was joined by some of her ESPN colleagues on the red carpet.
“First time Emmy non-winner ??,” Kimes joked on social media on Wednesday.
Despite not winning, fans and peers were captivated by her outfit at the event.
“The best there is!” Malika Andrews commented.
“An absolute star ??,” added Laura Rutledge, host of NFL Live.

Kimes was nominated for “Outstanding Personality/Studio Analyst,” alongside Charles Barkley, Kirk Herbstreit, Ryan Clark, and Nate Burleson.
Barkley, unsurprisingly, took home the award.
Even Kimes likely agrees that Barkley is one of the best personalities in sports television today.
Despite not winning this time, Kimes’ trajectory in sports media suggests she’ll likely secure one of these awards in the future.
She remains one of the top football analysts on television, with her influence and acclaim continuing to rise.
