Erin Andrews is maintaining her hopeful outlook.
The NFL broadcaster shared her involvement in connecting Travis Kelce, 34, and Taylor Swift, 33, during her appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers. This matchmaking came to fruition after Andrews suggested the idea of them going on a date on her Calm Down with Erin and Charissa podcast.
“Travis was very upfront about not having the chance to meet her. So, we just had an open conversation because we’re very close to him. We’re good friends of his, and we just said, ‘Taylor, give this guy a chance. He’s good looking,'” Andrews shared with Seth Meyers.

“He’s just an incredible guy. So, we threw the idea out there, and they connected. Now, of course, we’re getting all the credit,” she added with a smile.
Travis Kelce expressed his gratitude to Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson in an October tweet for any potential role they played in facilitating the match.
“We’re hoping to officiate the wedding,” Andrews playfully told Meyers. “We want to be there when he proposes and for all the special moments.”
Andrews also touched on the significance of Taylor Swift wearing one of her Kansas City Chiefs-designed jackets, which the “Anti-Hero” singer donned at one of Kelce’s games a few weeks back.
“If Taylor Swift wears anything, it’s an absolute game-changer. If you own a Kleenex company and she uses your tissues, it’s like, ‘Oh my goodness.’ It was a huge moment,” she expressed.
“As soon as I saw her wearing it, I started screaming, getting all excited, and singing all my favorite Swift songs. Then, we restocked, and they sold out. So, thank you, Taylor Swift,” she added.
She mentioned that they were able to restock the jackets on fanatics.com and even joked with Meyers about involving his wife to wear some of her apparel with Philadelphia-themed designs.
Taylor Swift’s influence is unquestionably a major force.
