Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson, co-hosts of the “Calm Down with Erin and Charissa” podcast, wanted to address some confusion.
On a recent episode, they were praising Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, and some people thought they were “throwing game” at him.
Andrews clarified that they were not throwing game, stating that Kelce is like a brother to them.
“Somebody tweeted us, and I don’t know if you saw it, being like, ‘Don’t be sad Travis, especially when you have Erin and Charissa throwing game at you,’” Andrews said. “We are not throwing game at him.”
“He’s like our brother at this point, my God,” Thompson added.

During a recent episode of their podcast, Andrews made a public plea for pop star Taylor Swift to go on a date with Kelce.
“Taylor, I don’t know what you’re doing in your life right now besides rocking the world. Please, try our friend Travis,” Andrews said.
“He’s fantastic. I know we’re not the best of friends, we’re not even friends, but I consider you one. Take us up on this. Go on a date with this guy.”
Kelce had tried to give Swift a bracelet with his phone number on it during one of her concerts but was unsuccessful. Andrews encouraged Swift to consider going on a date with Kelce, describing him as fantastic and someone who would provide a great time.
Thompson echoed this sentiment, appealing to Swift to give Kelce a chance.
Kelce had joined his brother on a podcast last month and discussed his unsuccessful attempt to meet Swift after one of her shows. He expressed disappointment but also acknowledged the impressive performance she had delivered.
Travis is a great content creator.
