Detroit native Eminem showed no mercy for San Francisco 49ers fans on Sunday at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
In the NFC Championship Game, the Lions had a strong start, scoring two touchdowns before the 49ers managed to get on the scoreboard.
Amid the early scoring surge, Eminem, also known as Marshall Mathers, seemed to be carried away by adrenaline. He was spotted giving a double middle finger salute to several Niners fans while standing in his VIP box during the first half.
Eminem has been an outspoken supporter of the Lions throughout their playoff journey. He made a passionate plea to former Lions QB Matthew Stafford before Detroit’s NFC Wild Card Round clash, and his efforts paid off as the Lions survived a close 24-23 encounter to advance to the NFC title game.
