NBA star Dwight Howard has become the first high-profile sports figure to publicly acknowledge his orientation, as reported by Radar Online. This revelation comes as part of his response to a lawsuit.
In a remarkable reaction to a lawsuit where a gay man accused NBA legend Dwight Howard of assault, Dwight acknowledged in legal documents that he first encountered his accuser, Stephen Harper, on social media in May 2021.
In the lawsuit, Stephen alleges that he was subjected to a severe sexual assault by Dwight, resulting in significant harm. This lawsuit’s details were initially reported by Radar Online.

While Dwight denies the assault allegations, he does admit to several other aspects of the encounter. In his response, he confirms engaging in a threesome with Harper and another individual, identified as “Kitty,” who presented as a woman despite possessing male body characteristics.
According to Stephen Harper’s lawsuit, he initially contacted Dwight via Instagram direct messages. Harper alleges that Dwight indicated an interest in “kinky” activities and requested explicit photos from him.
In his response to the lawsuit, Dwight acknowledges that they exchanged texts between May 2021 and July 2021, some of which included sexually explicit content, such as photos and videos.
Furthermore, Dwight admits that Harper visited his home on July 19, 2021, and they engaged in consensual kissing after removing their clothing in Dwight’s bedroom.
“Defendant stood up (towering over Mr. Harper), grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed nonconsensual oral sex on Mr. Harper,” the suit read. “Mr. Harper was in fear of imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while Defendant continued to sexually assault him.”
In Harper’s lawsuit, he claimed that Dwight unexpectedly introduced “Kitty,” a transgender individual, and expressed a desire for a threesome, which Harper resisted, leading to the alleged assault.
Dwight Howard, in his response, countered that Harper was aware that “Kitty” would be joining them at his home prior to Harper’s arrival. According to Dwight, they all willingly engaged in a consensual threesome, with their respective consent for physical interaction.
This situation leaves many speechless due to its complexity and the different perspectives presented in the legal response.
