Phoenix Suns center Drew Eubanks had a painful encounter with Detroit Pistons center/forward Isaiah Stewart last month.
In February, Isaiah Stewart reportedly punched Drew Eubanks in the face before their game in Phoenix which resulted in local authorities getting involved.
Eubanks played in the game that night, but it seems like Stewart landed a pretty good shot as Eubanks reportedly had a bloody mouth and some loose teeth.
The sucker punch reportedly stemmed from something that happened three months prior during a game between the two teams.
Eubanks showed great restraint as he did not retaliate after the sucker punch as other people present intervened to de-escalate the situation.
Stewart was suspended three games for the assault.
Eubanks could have pressed charges, but ultimately decided against it.
