Drew Barrymore shared a dating app mishap on her show, revealing that a man she thought was the quarterback for the Los Angeles Rams turned out to be a musician playing a trick.
The actress expressed her frustration with the deceptive encounter and her general dislike of dating apps. Barrymore, who has been open about her dating experiences following her 2016 divorce, discussed the challenges of finding a romantic connection and her occasional fatigue with the dating scene.
“This guy on my dating app said he was the quarterback for the Los Angeles Rams,” she told her co-host, Ross Mathews.
“So, I wrote to him and I was like, ‘Oh my God, I went to the first practice game.’”
“He was not the quarterback for the LA Rams — he’s a musician that thought he was being cute,” she revealed.
“How should I feel about this?”
