Breaking up is hard to do.
According to TMZ, Instagram model Draya Michele is claiming that she and Tyrod had come to a verbal agreement regarding the Los Angeles home Tyrod purchased in 2022.
She claims that under this agreement, she would have the option to buy the property. It was this understanding that led Tyrod to allow her and her children to move into the home.
Draya points out that the agreement was never formalized in writing, citing the nature of their relationship at the time, as they were romantically involved.

Draya says in the suit she went on to offer Taylor $2.8 million for the place … and when he countered at $3.2 mil in January 2024, she accepted. She claims she then poured nearly $300K into the residence — believing it’d go toward the price she agreed to pay for the home.
Draya, though, says Taylor “surprisingly” pulled the rug out from underneath her recently … and is now threatening to evict her. She states he’s also refusing to sell her the property.
Draya has expressed concerns that Tyrod is now threatening to evict her and is also refusing to sell her the property as previously agreed upon verbally.
The timing of these issues coincides with a noticeable shift in their relationship; the two had been dating since 2020 but parted ways around 2023, which was around the same time Draya was seen publicly with Jalen.
This change in her relationship status appears to have led to complications regarding her living arrangements and the verbal agreement she had with Tyrod.
