North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye is highly anticipated to be the third pick in tonight’s 2024 NFL Draft. He’ll be present in the green room, accompanied by his girlfriend, Ann Michael Hudson.
Both Maye and Hudson hail from athletic families. Maye’s brothers pursued careers in basketball and baseball, while Hudson’s brother currently plays quarterback for the Tar Heels. Hudson has been attending the University of North Carolina during Maye’s tenure with the football team.
According to The Sun, the couple has been together since high school. While Hudson keeps a private social media presence, Maye often shares photos with her on his public accounts, dating back to at least 2020.

Maye leaves behind a record-setting career at UNC, holding the school record for single-season passing yards and tying the record for single-season touchdowns. He ranks in the top five for both categories in school history.
With Caleb Williams and Jayden Daniels expected to go to the Bears and Commanders respectively, Maye is poised to be selected third, potentially by the New England Patriots or another team that might trade up for the pick.
As the draft unfolds, Hudson will be there to support Maye, ready to celebrate his big moment. The NFL Draft is set to begin at 8 pm ET and will be broadcast on ESPN.
