Drake curse alive and well?
The infamous Drake curse continues to haunt as the rapper’s recent big bet on former UFC champion Francis Ngannou to defeat former boxing champ Anthony Joshua ended in disappointment.
On Friday afternoon, Drake placed a hefty wager of over $600k on Ngannou, hoping to cash in nearly $2 million with 3-1 odds in his favor.

However, Drake’s hopes were dashed as Joshua dominated the fight, leaving Ngannou knocked down in the first round and ultimately knocked out cold in the second round by a powerful right hand from Joshua.
This isn’t the first time Drake’s betting ventures in combat sports have fallen short, leading some to suggest he may want to consider investing his money elsewhere. Despite his recurring interest in sports gambling, Drake’s track record of losses remains evident, yet he continues to share his betting endeavors with his fans.
