Big Dom will be absent on Sunday Night.
In the upcoming Sunday night clash between Philadelphia and Dallas, Eagles head of security Dom DiSandro won’t be on the sidelines to maintain order if another altercation arises.
According to a league source, DiSandro won’t have sideline access for the game, although it’s not classified as a suspension. He will still be able to carry out his daily duties, travel with the team, and be present in the stadium for his usual game day responsibilities and meetings.
DiSandro is also allowed in the locker room but is restricted from being on the sidelines during the game.
A meeting took place on Friday at the league office to address the situation. The NFL is actively reviewing all aspects of the altercation involving DiSandro and 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw.
During the 49ers-Eagles game, DiSandro crossed the white stripe between the field and the bench area, leading to contact with Greenlaw. The incident resulted in both individuals being ejected, with Greenlaw throwing a punch (of sorts) towards DiSandro, grazing his face.

The NFL had previously issued a memo on September 13, reminding teams of game day rules for non-players, and another memo was sent this week.
As of now, the Eagles have not responded to requests for comments regarding DiSandro’s status.
