NBA guard Bryn Forbes, who is currently a free agent, will not be getting signed by a team anytime soon.
The Michigan State product was arrested in San Antonio on Tuesday for the second time in less than a year and charged with third degree felony assault strangulation/choking of a family member.

The family member in the incident is reportedly the mother of his two children.
Forbes was previously arrested almost a year ago on February 15 in San Antonio after he allegedly struck his girlfriend multiple times during an argument. The charges were dropped in July of 2023.
Disturbing details have now emerged regarding Forbes’ most recent domestic violence incident.
According to court docs, the woman told officers Forbes banged on her apartment’s window and “he immediately punched her in the head” when she let him in.
He then allegedly choked the woman who is the mother of his two children.
“NBA player Bryn Forbes has been arrested for choking the mother of his two children. According to court documents, Forbes struck the mother of his two children before choking her. He allegedly told her “If you can speak then you are not being choked” when she told him she couldn’t breathe.”
Forbes is currently being held at Bexar County jail in Texas.
Forbes played eight years in the NBA for the San Antonio Spurs, Milwaukee Bucks, Denver Nuggets, and Minnesota Timberwolves.
