This past weekend seemed to be all about the “thirst trap” on social media.
Kelly Stafford, former Georgia Bulldogs cheerleader and wife of Matthew Stafford, shared a playful photo on Instagram while vacationing with her husband and the Ryans. She captioned the image with a light-hearted comment, “You’re welcome for this mom thirst trap ?.”

Super Bowl champion Matthew Stafford and podcaster Kelly Stafford are a testament to college romance.
The pair met while studying at the University of Georgia and exchanged vows in 2015. Their family has since grown to include four daughters: twins Sawyer and Chandler, and their younger sisters, Hunter and Tyler.
Matthew’s wife and daughters are his staunchest supporters, often seen at his football games, rooting for him. During a media conference in February 2022, Matthew shared with PEOPLE, “I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them.”
Echoing this sentiment, a year later, Kelly took to Instagram to celebrate Matthew on his 35th birthday, reflecting on the strength and dependability he brings to their family. “Having someone you can always depend on is one of the most underrated things in this life,” she posted. “We are so incredibly lucky to have you as our rock… someone we can always lean on, snuggle with, make us feel safe and be our comfort.”
