Jason and Kylie Kelce’s now-infamous encounter in the parking lot of a Jersey Shore restaurant began when an unruly woman repeatedly banged on the window of their Tesla.
According to PhillyChitChat, the Kelces were idling in their car, waiting for a spot to open up at Steve & Cookies by the Sea in Margate City on Saturday night, when the woman approached their vehicle, attempting to get their attention by banging on the truck.

When the Kelces declined to take a photo with her family, the situation escalated.
“The woman went ballistic after not getting her way,” reported Hugh E. Dillon from PhillyChitChat.
This incident led to a viral clip that hit the internet on Tuesday, showing Kylie Kelce engaged in a heated argument with the woman while another man, reportedly with the Kelces, tried to separate them.
The woman shouted at Kylie,
“You’ll never be allowed in this town again,” to which Kylie retorted, “I can smell the alcohol on your breath, you’re embarrassing yourself!”
Despite the altercation, the Kelces’ evening was not ruined, according to Dillon.
“People told me the couple had a lovely evening, laughing and enjoying their meals,” he wrote. “A few people walked by their table to say hi. The only notable person who reportedly stopped by was Michael Rubin, the Fanatics CEO, though this hasn’t been double-confirmed.”
Kylie has over two million followers on Instagram, while Jason boasts 2.4 million followers.
Jason also co-hosts the successful “New Heights” podcast with his brother Travis Kelce, a superstar tight end for the Chiefs and the boyfriend of pop megastar Taylor Swift.
