Deshaun Watson just made a massive commitment to his girlfriend by getting a huge tattoo of her face on his left shoulder blade.
The Cleveland Browns superstar visited tattoo artist Andres Ortega of Onder Ink in Arizona to get the artwork done. The image of Jilly Anais, his girlfriend, came out beautifully and is just one part of a tattoo that now covers the entirety of the 6-foot-2 quarterback’s back.
The fresh ink also includes tributes to Watson’s mother, his hometown, and other family members. Additionally, there are images of his championship rings, with one left blank to fill in after he wins his first Super Bowl.
Watson’s new artwork also features portraits of Martin Luther King Jr., Popeye, and even an astronaut! Of course, fans quickly pointed out the irony with plenty of massage jokes.

Ortega told TMZ Sports that the entire process took around nine hours to complete. Watson was so pleased with the result that he gifted the artist a signed Browns jersey as a thank-you.
So far, Jilly Anais, who’s been dating Watson for years, hasn’t publicly acknowledged the tattoo. However, if you follow the couple, you know she must be thrilled with it.
As for the Browns, they won’t have to wait long to see it in person, as Cleveland players are due to report for OTAs next week.
