It’s been all crickets for the Dallas Cowboys this offseason.
The Cowboys have quite a gaping vacancy in their backfield as running back Tony Pollard signed with the Tennessee Titans for three years and $24 million.
While they may have plans to fill that vacancy via the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft, it is quite surprising that the Cowboys seemingly had next to no interest in acquiring one of the many running backs available during free agency.

One of those in particular is surefire future Hall of Fame running back Derrick Henry who signed with the Baltimore Ravens for two years and $16 million.
Henry revealed on Thursday that the Cowboys never even bothered to call him.
Henry still seems to have plenty left in the tank at 30 years old and his legendary offseason workouts indicate that he’s still putting in the work.
While the Cowboys may be comfortable entering the upcoming NFL draft with a gaping vacancy in their backfield, it is still a bit bizarre that the Cowboys didn’t even make a call to Henry.
