Deion Sanders made an appearance on FOX’s “Big Noon Kickoff” this Saturday morning to discuss the upcoming Week 2 clash between Colorado and Nebraska.
During the show, Sanders shared that he had spent the previous night in his office. His reasoning behind this unusual choice was his desire to wake up and bask in the beauty of Folsom Field.
“I spent the night in my office,” Sanders revealed. “I wanted to wake up and gaze at the stadium, to immerse myself in it, to witness it in its quiet emptiness before the transformation. It’s essentially what we’re embodying.”
Sanders acknowledges the immense significance of this Saturday’s rivalry game against Nebraska to the Colorado community.
“I’ve come to understand the deep significance of this rivalry, and I’m fully embracing it,” Sanders affirmed. “This is personal. That’s the theme of the week. This is deeply personal.”

Reflecting on last weekend’s explosive performance by Colorado’s offense against TCU, there is anticipation to see if Shedeur Sanders and the offensive unit can replicate a similar showing this afternoon.
The Colorado-Nebraska showdown is scheduled for a 12 p.m. ET kickoff on FOX, with Gus Johnson and Joel Klatt providing commentary.
