According to University of Colorado head football coach Deion Sanders, the winner of Super Bowl 59 next February has already been determined.
Following the signing of future Hall of Fame running back Derrick Henry, Sanders has predicted that the Baltimore Ravens will be holding up the Lombardi Trophy.

Here’s what Sanders posted on X:
“@KingHenry_2 with the @Ravens & @Lj_era8 Lord have mercy on the rest of the league because it’s a rap!!! The @NBA would’ve Blocked this move. WOW! This is epic but I hate the way we’ve allowed the RB position to be devalued. #CoachPrime“
Henry signed a two-year, $16 million deal with the Ravens on Tuesday.
While Henry and quarterback Lamar Jackson form an exciting rushing attack for the Ravens, Sanders’ prediction should be taken with a grain of salt as there is significant evidence that indicates that having an elite running back doesn’t necessarily lead to Super Bowl championships.
In fact, no team has featured the NFL’s leading rusher and won a Super Bowl in the same season since Terrell Davis led the league in rushing for the Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos in 1998.
