Do not provoke Deion’s family.
Pilar Sanders, the former spouse of Pro Football Hall of Fame cornerback and current Colorado football head coach, Deion Sanders, did not remain passive when a man threatened potential harm to her 21-year-old son, Shedeur, earlier this month. She swiftly responded to Charleston White, an internet provocateur known for his controversial statements.
In a video, White targeted Coach Prime for his transition from Jackson State University to a different football team, making disparaging comments about Prime’s son, Shedeur.
Referring to Colorado’s quarterback, White remarked, “I’m almost tempted to wager $20,000 on any college player who can injure his son. That quarterback, that sluggish guy, ain’t going anywhere.”
Pilar Sanders took to TikTok to confront White directly. She stated, “So this fully grown individual wants to issue a threat against my son? Against my own flesh and blood? Charleston White, be aware. Are you really plotting harm against my child?” Over the video, Pilar displayed the text, “Resolve this matter swiftly, young man!”
It’s important to note that White is a controversial YouTuber known for stirring up controversy and spreading hate without discrimination.
Shedeur and Deion have chosen not to engage with Charleston at this time, as they are currently focused on the 2023 season and do not wish to introduce any distractions into their pursuit of greatness.
After three electrifying games that captured the college football community’s attention, Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders experienced a more modest performance against Oregon, amassing 159 yards and one touchdown. Over the course of four games, this Texan and son of Coach Deion Sanders has thrown for 1,410 yards, which ranks as the second-highest total in the nation.
Additionally, Sanders has completed 130 passes and thrown 11 touchdowns, putting him on track for 422 completions and 35 TD passes in a 13-game season.
