The UFC head honcho is never one to bite his tongue.
Dana White expressed some reservations about his good friend Mike Tyson’s latest venture. Tyson recently announced his upcoming boxing match against Jake Paul, scheduled to stream live on Netflix this summer.
When asked about the Tyson-Paul fight during UFC 299, White didn’t appear overly enthusiastic. He remarked, “He gets mad when I do this, but Mike’s 60, man.” White went on to express uncertainty about the match, emphasizing the significant age gap between Tyson and Paul.
Despite his personal fondness for Tyson as a friend and admiration for him as an athlete, White admitted to reservations about the matchup.

Regarding Netflix’s involvement in live sports, White shared his opinion that while Netflix should have ventured into live sports earlier, he recognized their influence in the industry. He commented, “I think they’re late to the game, but they are a force. They’re a force, man.”
Dana White clearly is not too happy about a fight taking place without his involvement.
