Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has been actively cooperating with law enforcement following accusations of sexual assault against him.
Last month, Prescott alleged that a woman and her legal team were attempting to extort him for $100 million by leveraging false sexual assault claims. In response, Prescott initiated a lawsuit against the woman, which led her to file a police report against him.
This week, Prescott’s legal team disclosed that he had met with police as part of the ongoing investigation into the claims. Prescott’s attorney, Levi McCathern, issued a statement via Clarence Hill:

“We reported their criminal behavior to the Prosper Police Department and have been fully cooperative with them. When Ms. Shores doubled down on her false claim of sexual assault and reported it to the Dallas Police Department, we proactively reached out to cooperate with them as well. Dak has nothing to hide. He did nothing wrong… He has and will continue to fully cooperate with any investigation, knowing the truth is on his side.”
Previously, Prescott’s lawyers have vehemently denied the accusations, stating, “To be clear, Mr. Prescott has never engaged in any nonconsensual sexual conduct with anyone. Lies hurt. Especially, malicious lies. We will not allow the Defendant and her legal team to profit from this attempt to extort millions from Mr. Prescott.”
Dak Prescott is in the final year of his contract with the Dallas Cowboys.
