The internet is a captivating realm, where conspiracy theories circulate as if they were undeniable truths.
This week, Aaron Rodgers displayed a remarkably rapid recovery, sparking suspicions that there might be more to his injury than meets the eye. The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz finally posed the question that has been on the minds of many NFL fans: Did Aaron Rodgers truly tear his Achilles?

“That is a great theory,” Le Batard said to show contributor Billy Gil. “I wish I was wearing some sort of costume. I’d be willing to seriously put out the conspiracy theory – better than the theory that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce is a propaganda concoction by the NFL to drive ratings – to throw out the conspiracy theory that Aaron Rodgers, since he went into the darkness retreat, all he found in the darkness is, ‘I must come back hellbent on beating science.’
The hosts even floated the notion that the highly publicized feud with Adam Schefter earlier in the year was premeditated to obscure the fact that Schefter’s report of the Achilles injury was widely accepted as factual without further investigation.
It’s challenging to fathom any motivation for Aaron Rodgers to feign an Achilles tear, but in this day and age, where anything seems possible, conspiracy theories continue to swirl.
