Following their defeat to the Giants, the Commanders now stand at a 3-4 record for the season. After commencing the season with a 2-0 record, the team has encountered four losses in their last five games.
Allen, who contributed with three tackles and one tackle for loss in Sunday’s game, voiced his frustrations regarding the franchise’s persistent lack of progress over his seven-year career.
The two-time Pro Bowler has remained with Washington throughout his entire career, participating in 92 games for the team, with just one playoff appearance during that span.
When asked how he plans to contribute to improving the team’s situation, Allen responded, “We need to refocus and prepare for the upcoming game against Philadelphia.”
The passion and dedication he exhibits are truly commendable.
