Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick made an unexpected revelation just before Christmas during a discussion on his girlfriend Nessa’s podcast.
In response to co-host Katrina’s question about what he was giving Nessa for Christmas, Kaepernick promptly stated, “We don’t celebrate Christmas.”

Nessa chimed in, explaining that they don’t exchange gifts but prefer to enjoy meaningful experiences together instead.
“I’ll tell you what, we don’t give each other gifts. I think for Colin and me, we just enjoy really great experiences with each other year-round,” she shared.
Nessa captioned her Instagram post on the topic with, “Who needs gifts when you have love”
It’s always intriguing to learn about different perspectives on the holiday season, as not everyone embraces Christmas, each person and couple having their own traditions and beliefs. Clearly, Colin Kaepernick and Nessa opt for a different approach during this festive time.
